Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in The 5-Day Spiritual Connection Accelerator™ (the “Program”) provided by Keeping It Lit Media, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in the Program, you (“you” or “participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not participate in the Program.

1. Program Overview

The Program, titled Step Into 5 Days of Spiritual Clarity & Connection, is a five-day guided immersion designed to help Christian couples grow closer to God and each other. The Program includes digital materials, assessments, conversation prompts, and bonus resources as described on the Company’s website and sales page.

The Program is educational and devotional in nature. It is not a substitute for counseling, therapy, financial advice, medical treatment, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

  • Are not barred from participation under any applicable law; and

  • Will use the Program for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes.

  • Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable once you have been granted access to the Program. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including non-use of the Program.

  • Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate chargebacks. Any attempt to do so will be considered a breach of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All Program content, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, prompts, assessments, and bonus materials, is the exclusive property of Keeping It Lit Media, LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from the Program content without prior written consent from the Company.

5. Participant Responsibilities

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to:

  • Engage with the Program materials in good faith;

  • Respect the confidentiality of any community discussions (if applicable);

  • Not share your login credentials, Program materials, or bonuses with others;

  • Acknowledge that results may vary and depend on your own participation and effort.

6. No Guarantees and Disclaimer

  • The Program is designed to provide biblical and practical tools for spiritual growth and marital connection. We make no guarantees of specific results.

  • Your experience will depend on your personal application, commitment, and circumstances.

  • The Program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health, emotional, or medical condition. If you require counseling or therapy, you should seek the services of a licensed professional in your state.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keeping It Lit Media, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your participation in the Program, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of Program materials.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. For participants residing in California, these Terms shall also comply with California consumer protection laws.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Binding Arbitration (Optional Add-on for Stronger Enforceability)

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Wyoming before a single arbitrator, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

Note: California residents retain rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act and may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of enrollment by providing written notice.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
