KEEPING IT LIT LIVE

PARTICIPATING SPOUSE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Effective Date: July 26, 2026
Agreement Version: KILL-PSAA-2026.1

This Participating Spouse Agreement and Acknowledgment (“Agreement”) is entered into between Keeping It Lit Media LLC, doing business as Keeping It Lit Media (“Keeping It Lit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the spouse who is included in a Keeping It Lit Live registration but did not complete the original paid purchase (“Participating Spouse,” “Participant,” “you,” or “your”).

Your spouse, who completed the original paid transaction, is referred to in this Agreement as the “Purchaser.”

Your participation is included under the Purchaser’s paid couple’s registration. You are not purchasing a separate registration, and no payment is required from you through the authorized participant-registration process.

The Purchaser’s agreement does not bind you. You must separately review and affirmatively accept this Agreement before completing an assessment or participating in Keeping It Lit Live.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This Agreement contains:

  • A mandatory individual arbitration provision;
  • A class-action and representative-action waiver;
  • A jury-trial waiver;
  • Limitations of liability;
  • An assumption-of-risk provision;
  • An indemnification provision;
  • Consent to internal recording;
  • Assessment, attendance, privacy, intellectual-property, and participation requirements; and
  • An acknowledgment that you do not have an independent right to request or receive a refund under the Keeping It Lit Live Guarantee.

Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or participating.

  1. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Agreement:

  • A Core Purchased Experience consists of the complete Main Experience.

  • A VIP Plus Purchased Experience consists of the complete VIP Marriage Q&A and complete Main Experience.

1.8 Lit Marriage Starting Point

“Lit Marriage Starting Point” means the individual pre-experience assessment that each spouse must complete before the Experience Date.

The Guarantee belongs solely to the Purchaser.

1.13 Keeping It Lit Parties

“Keeping It Lit Parties” means:

  • Keeping It Lit Media LLC;
  • Keeping It Lit Media;
  • Debra Steward and Jabari Steward when acting for or in connection with Keeping It Lit;
  • The entity’s owners, members, managers, directors, officers, employees, contractors, facilitators, volunteers, representatives, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns; and
  • Authorized technology, assessment, registration, payment, and event-service providers, but only to the extent they are performing services connected with Keeping It Lit Live.
  1. DESCRIPTION OF KEEPING IT LIT LIVE

Keeping It Lit Live is an interactive virtual marriage-enrichment and spiritual-formation experience designed to help Christian married couples practice intentional rhythms of connection with God and one another.

The experience may include:

  • Biblical teaching;
  • Guided reflection;
  • Private exercises between spouses;
  • Practical marriage applications;
  • Individual assessments;
  • Personalized assessment results; and
  • Content based on the four foundational pillars of the Keeping It Lit Signature Framework.

The four foundational pillars are:

  1. Spiritual Connection;
  2. Selflessness and Service;
  3. Communication in Love; and
  4. Forgiveness and Grace.

Keeping It Lit Live may be delivered through third-party platforms, including Zoom, Kajabi, email-service providers, assessment platforms, and related technology providers.

  1. CONSIDERATION

In exchange for your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement, Keeping It Lit provides you with authorized access to the Purchased Experience and applicable participant benefits, which may include:

  • The Lit Marriage Starting Point;
  • Personalized assessment results;
  • The Main Experience;
  • The VIP Marriage Q&A when included in the purchased tier;
  • Guided exercises;
  • Participant materials; and
  • Other benefits included with the Purchaser’s paid registration.

Your access to these services and benefits constitutes consideration for this Agreement even though you are not required to make a separate payment.

  1. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

4.1 Participant Requirements

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Be legally married to the Purchaser;
  • Have legal capacity to accept this Agreement;
  • Be the spouse identified in the couple’s registration;
  • Provide complete and accurate information;
  • Complete the authorized Participating Spouse registration; and
  • Affirmatively accept this Agreement.

Keeping It Lit Live is not intended for minors.

4.2 Complimentary Participant Registration

Your authorized Participating Spouse registration is provided at no additional cost because your participation is included with the Purchaser’s paid registration.

The complimentary registration:

  • Does not create a separate purchase;
  • Does not create a second paid registration;
  • Does not create a separate Guarantee;
  • Does not create an independent refund right; and
  • Does not authorize you to request or receive a refund.

4.3 Matching the Paid Registration

You must provide accurate information that allows Keeping It Lit to connect your participant registration to the Purchaser’s paid order, including:

  • Your own full name;
  • Your own individual email address;
  • The Purchaser’s full name;
  • The Purchaser’s email address;
  • The applicable Experience Date; and
  • Other reasonably requested registration information.

Your participant registration is valid only if it can be matched to an active paid registration for the corresponding event and tier.

4.4 Correct Registration Tier

You must complete the participant-registration Offer corresponding to the Purchaser’s paid tier.

If you register through an incorrect tier, Keeping It Lit may:

  • Correct or reassign your participant registration;
  • Request additional verification;
  • Require you to complete the correct registration process; or
  • Withhold event or assessment access until the registration is corrected.

Completing an incorrect participant-registration Offer does not expand the benefits included in the Purchaser’s paid registration.

4.5 No Participant Substitution

Your participant registration is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or substituted for another person without prior written authorization from Keeping It Lit.

The Purchaser may not replace you with another participant merely by transferring your access link, registration, or credentials.

4.6 Relationship or Safety Changes

You or the Purchaser must notify Keeping It Lit before the Experience Date if:

  • You are no longer legally married;
  • You no longer intend to attend together;
  • Either spouse believes participating together would be unsafe; or
  • A material change affects your eligibility or ability to participate.

Keeping It Lit may determine whether the registration may be transferred, rescheduled, modified, or cancelled in accordance with the Purchaser Agreement and applicable law.

4.7 No Unauthorized Attendance

No third party may attend, observe, listen to, access, or participate through your registration without prior written authorization from Keeping It Lit.

4.8 No Transfer or Sharing

You may not share, resell, publish, transfer, or distribute:

  • Your participant-registration link;
  • Event-access links;
  • Login credentials;
  • Assessment links;
  • Access codes;
  • Participant materials; or
  • Other protected access information.
  1. INDIVIDUAL AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

5.1 Your Own Acceptance Is Required

The Purchaser may not accept this Agreement on your behalf.

You must personally accept this Agreement using:

  • Your own full name;
  • Your own individual email address;
  • An unchecked electronic acceptance box or electronic-signature process; and
  • Any additional verification process reasonably provided by Keeping It Lit.

5.2 Timing of Acceptance

You must accept this Agreement before:

  • Completing the Lit Marriage Starting Point;
  • Accessing personalized assessment results;
  • Entering the Purchased Experience; or
  • Participating in Keeping It Lit Live.

5.3 Electronic Acceptance Records

Keeping It Lit may retain records showing:

  • Your full name;
  • Your individual email address;
  • Date and time of acceptance;
  • IP address or device information, when available;
  • Agreement version;
  • Acceptance method;
  • Purchaser information;
  • Registration information; and
  • Other information reasonably used to attribute acceptance to you.

5.4 No Acceptance for Another Person

You may not:

  • Accept this Agreement for the Purchaser;
  • Accept an agreement for another person;
  • Complete an assessment for the Purchaser;
  • Complete an assessment for another person; or
  • Permit another person to register, accept, or participate using your identity.
  1. REGISTRATION-TIER BENEFITS

6.1 Core

Core includes:

  • The Lit Marriage Starting Point and personalized results for each spouse;
  • The 90-minute Main Experience; and
  • Guided private moments for the Couple to practice together.

6.2 VIP

VIP includes everything in Core, plus:

  • Access to the VIP Marriage Q&A;
  • The opportunity to listen as Debra and Jabari respond to anonymous questions submitted by VIP Plus participants; and
  • The 10-Minute Connection Boost.

6.3 VIP Plus

VIP Plus includes everything in VIP, plus:

  • The opportunity for each spouse to submit one anonymous question before the applicable submission deadline; and
  • A response to each eligible submitted question during the VIP Marriage Q&A or afterward.

Submission of a question does not guarantee that the question will be answered live.

Keeping It Lit may:

  • Edit a question for clarity, grammar, relevance, or length;
  • Combine substantially similar questions;
  • Remove names and identifying information;
  • Decline to address questions outside the scope of the experience;
  • Decline to address questions that appear unsafe, abusive, unlawful, clinical, or inappropriate; or
  • Respond after the event when time does not permit a live response.

6.4 Meaning of Anonymous

An anonymous VIP Plus question will be presented to other participants without your name or identifying details.

An anonymous question may still be associated internally with your registration, contact information, submission record, or account for purposes of:

  • Administration;
  • Follow-up;
  • Safety;
  • Technical support;
  • Recordkeeping; and
  • Compliance.

“Anonymous” does not mean that authorized Keeping It Lit team members or service providers will be unable to identify the submitting participant.

  1. ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS

7.1 Individual Completion

The Lit Marriage Starting Point and Post-Experience Assessment are individual assessments.

You must personally complete both assessments.

You may not:

  • Complete an assessment for the Purchaser;
  • Direct or control the Purchaser’s answers;
  • Allow the Purchaser to complete an assessment for you;
  • Submit answers under another person’s identity; or
  • Coordinate answers for the purpose of influencing Guarantee eligibility.

7.2 Your Own Name and Email Address

You must complete both assessments using:

  • Your own full name; and
  • Your own individual email address.

You and the Purchaser may not use the same email address for either assessment.

7.3 Consistent Information

You must use the same full name, spelled consistently, and the same individual email address on:

  • The Lit Marriage Starting Point; and
  • The Post-Experience Assessment.

The information must be sufficiently accurate and consistent for Keeping It Lit to confidently match your pre-experience and post-experience results.

7.4 Lit Marriage Starting Point Deadline

You must complete and submit the Lit Marriage Starting Point no later than:

11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the calendar day immediately preceding the Experience Date.

For example, if the Purchased Experience is scheduled for Saturday, your Lit Marriage Starting Point must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday.

An approved transfer to another Experience Date changes the deadline so that it corresponds to the newly approved date.

7.5 Post-Experience Assessment Timing

You must complete and submit the Post-Experience Assessment:

  • During the Main Experience;
  • At the time directed by the facilitators; and
  • Before the Main Experience formally concludes.

The Post-Experience Assessment is part of the Main Experience.

An assessment submitted after the Main Experience concludes will not satisfy Guarantee requirements unless Keeping It Lit expressly authorizes a later submission in writing because of a documented system-wide technical failure attributable to Keeping It Lit or its designated assessment platform.

7.6 Honest and Good-Faith Responses

You must complete both assessments:

  • Independently;
  • Completely;
  • Honestly;
  • Accurately; and
  • In good faith.

Assessment manipulation, intentionally inaccurate responses, impersonation, coordinated responses designed to create refund eligibility, or completion by an unauthorized person may:

  • Make the Purchaser’s registration ineligible for the Guarantee;
  • Result in suspension or removal; and
  • Constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

7.7 Duplicate or Multiple Submissions

If Keeping It Lit receives more than one assessment submission from you, Keeping It Lit may use the first complete, timely, and confidently matched submission.

Keeping It Lit may use another submission when its records reasonably demonstrate that:

  • The first submission resulted from a technical malfunction;
  • The submission was incomplete because of a system error;
  • Keeping It Lit expressly instructed you to resubmit; or
  • Another documented circumstance justifies use of the later submission.

You may not submit additional assessments for the purpose of altering Guarantee eligibility.

  1. SCORING METHODOLOGY

8.1 Applicable Methodology

Assessment results and Guarantee eligibility will be determined using the scoring methodology associated with the assessments administered for the applicable Experience Date.

8.2 Underlying Scores

Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, Guarantee comparisons will be based on the system-calculated underlying scores before display rounding.

8.3 Display Rounding

Scores displayed to participants may be rounded for presentation.

Display rounding does not change the underlying score used to determine whether a One-Point Increase occurred.

8.4 Incomplete Responses

An incomplete assessment may:

  • Be incapable of producing a valid score;
  • Produce an ineligible score;
  • Prevent confident matching; or
  • Make the Purchaser’s registration ineligible for the Guarantee.

8.5 Technical or Administrative Errors

Keeping It Lit may correct a documented scoring, matching, calculation, or administrative error.

A correction must be based on the applicable scoring methodology and reasonably reliable business records and may not be made solely to create or prevent Guarantee eligibility.

  1. ASSESSMENT PRIVACY, DATA USE, AND PARTICIPANT SUBMISSIONS

9.1 Individual Results

Your assessment answers and individual results are not automatically shared with:

  • The Purchaser;
  • Other participants; or
  • The public.

9.2 Authorized Access

Authorized members of the Keeping It Lit team and authorized service providers may access assessment information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Calculate and deliver your individual results;
  • Administer the Purchased Experience;
  • Match your pre-experience and post-experience assessments;
  • Determine the Purchaser’s Guarantee eligibility;
  • Resolve technical or support issues;
  • Detect fraud or manipulation;
  • Maintain business and compliance records;
  • Improve Keeping It Lit programs; and
  • Produce de-identified or aggregated analysis, research, and reporting.

9.3 De-Identified and Aggregated Information

Keeping It Lit may use and disclose de-identified or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify you or the Couple.

This may include de-identified or aggregated:

  • Assessment responses;
  • Scores;
  • Score changes;
  • Attendance information;
  • Questions;
  • Feedback;
  • Program-use information; and
  • Common participant themes.

9.4 Participant Submissions

Participant Submissions may be:

  • Reviewed;
  • Stored;
  • Organized;
  • Edited for clarity, grammar, relevance, or length;
  • Used to administer and secure the experience;
  • Used to provide support or follow-up;
  • Used to evaluate and improve Keeping It Lit programs; and
  • Used in de-identified or aggregated form for internal training, research, program development, and educational purposes.

Keeping It Lit will obtain a separate affirmative release before publicly using your name, image, voice, identifiable story, or identifiable testimonial for marketing or promotional purposes.

9.5 No Absolute Security Guarantee

Keeping It Lit will use commercially reasonable measures appropriate to its operations and service providers.

However, no electronic storage, transmission, assessment, video-conferencing, registration, or communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or error-free.

9.6 Confidentiality Cannot Be Guaranteed

Keeping It Lit requires participants to respect the privacy of others but cannot guarantee that every participant will comply.

You should not place highly sensitive, identifying, medical, financial, legal, or private marital information in:

  • Public or participant-visible chat;
  • Group-visible questions;
  • Display names;
  • Profile images; or
  • Any feature visible to other participants.

9.7 Required or Safety-Related Disclosure

Keeping It Lit may disclose information when:

  • Required by law, subpoena, court order, or lawful governmental request;
  • Reasonably necessary to protect the rights or security of the Keeping It Lit Parties;
  • Reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity; or
  • Keeping It Lit reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to respond to an imminent threat of serious harm.
  1. KEEPING IT LIT LIVE GUARANTEE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

10.1 No Independent Guarantee or Refund Right

You understand and agree that:

  • The Guarantee applies once to the Couple’s original paid registration;
  • The Guarantee belongs solely to the Purchaser;
  • You do not have a separate or independent Guarantee;
  • You may not independently request a Guarantee refund;
  • You are not entitled to receive refund proceeds directly from Keeping It Lit; and
  • Keeping It Lit is not responsible for dividing refund proceeds between spouses.

10.2 Your Participation Affects Eligibility

Although you do not have an independent refund right, your:

  • Agreement acceptance;
  • Participant registration;
  • Assessment completion;
  • Attendance;
  • Participation;
  • Attendance verification; and
  • Assessment results

may be used to determine whether the Purchaser qualifies under the Guarantee.

10.3 Guarantee Standard

Subject to all applicable eligibility requirements, the Purchaser may request a refund if neither spouse records at least a one-point increase in any Eligible Pillar Score or Eligible Overall Score.

If either spouse records at least a one-point increase in any Eligible Score, the paid registration does not qualify for a Guarantee refund.

10.4 Eligible Score

An “Eligible Score” is a pillar score or overall score that:

  • Was calculated through both the Lit Marriage Starting Point and Post-Experience Assessment;
  • Can be confidently matched to the same spouse;
  • Was based on complete, honest, and good-faith responses;
  • Was calculated using the applicable scoring methodology; and
  • Was at least one full point below the highest available score before the experience.

If the highest available score is 10, a pre-experience score must be 9.00 or lower to qualify as an Eligible Score.

10.5 One-Point Increase

A “One-Point Increase” means an increase of at least 1.00 between:

  • A spouse’s Eligible Score from the Lit Marriage Starting Point; and
  • That spouse’s corresponding score from the Post-Experience Assessment.

10.6 Conditions Involving the Participating Spouse

The Purchaser’s registration may be ineligible for the Guarantee if you:

  • Fail to accept this Agreement;
  • Fail to complete the authorized participant registration;
  • Miss an assessment deadline;
  • Use the Purchaser’s email address;
  • Use materially inconsistent identifying information;
  • Permit another person to complete an assessment for you;
  • Fail to attend the entire Purchased Experience;
  • Arrive late or leave early;
  • Fail to attend the VIP Marriage Q&A when VIP or VIP Plus was purchased;
  • Fail to complete an attendance-verification step;
  • Fail to complete the Post-Experience Assessment before the Main Experience concludes;
  • Submit incomplete, inaccurate, manipulated, coordinated, or bad-faith assessment responses;
  • Refuse to participate in material portions of the experience as designed; or
  • Are removed for violating this Agreement.

10.7 No Authority to Submit a Request

Only the Purchaser may submit a Guarantee request.

A request submitted solely by you will not be processed unless the Purchaser has provided written authorization acceptable to Keeping It Lit.

  1. ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION

11.1 Attendance Together

The Couple should attend together from one shared device in a private and comfortable space where both spouses can focus on one another.

Attending through one shared device does not eliminate your obligation to separately complete:

  • Agreement acceptance;
  • Both assessments;
  • Any attendance check-in;
  • Any attendance certification; and
  • Any Guarantee-related verification.

11.2 Definition of Full Attendance

“Full Attendance” means that you:

  • Are present and ready to participate at the published start time;
  • Remain present and participating throughout every portion included in the purchased tier;
  • Complete all required attendance-verification steps;
  • Remain through completion of the Post-Experience Assessment; and
  • Remain until the facilitators formally conclude the Purchased Experience.

11.3 Core Attendance

If the Purchaser bought Core, you must attend the complete 90-minute Main Experience from its published beginning through its formal conclusion.

11.4 VIP and VIP Plus Attendance

If the Purchaser bought VIP or VIP Plus, you must attend:

  • The complete VIP Marriage Q&A from its published beginning through its formal conclusion; and
  • The complete Main Experience from its published beginning through its formal conclusion.

Attendance at the VIP Marriage Q&A is not required if access to that session was not included in the tier purchased.

11.5 Late Arrival, Absence, and Early Departure

For Guarantee purposes, Full Attendance is not satisfied if you:

  • Arrive after a required portion begins;
  • Leave before a required portion concludes;
  • Are absent for any material portion;
  • Fail to attend the VIP Marriage Q&A when it was included in the purchased tier;
  • Fail to return from a scheduled break at the stated time;
  • Fail to remain through the Post-Experience Assessment; or
  • Fail to remain until the facilitators formally conclude the Purchased Experience.

11.6 Attendance Verification

Keeping It Lit may use reasonably reliable information to verify your attendance, including:

  • Virtual-platform attendance records;
  • Join and departure timestamps;
  • Login records;
  • Display names;
  • Registration records;
  • Facilitator records;
  • Assessment timestamps;
  • Chat records;
  • Unique attendance codes;
  • Electronic check-ins;
  • Participant certifications; and
  • Other relevant technical or administrative records.

11.7 Separate Verification

You must personally complete any separate attendance check-in, verification code, or attendance certification presented during the Purchased Experience.

11.8 Shared-Device Limitation

Because the Couple may attend through one device, a single virtual-platform login may not independently prove that both spouses attended.

You agree that your assessment submissions, separate check-ins, certifications, and other verification steps may be considered together with the shared-device attendance record.

11.9 Guided Exercises

You agree to participate in the guided exercises honestly and in good faith.

You will not ordinarily be required to disclose the substance of your private conversations. Refusal to participate in material portions of the experience as designed may affect the Purchaser’s Guarantee eligibility.

  1. PRIVATE PARTICIPATION, CAMERAS, RECORDING, AND CHAT

12.1 No Required Public Sharing

You will not be required to:

  • Read aloud;
  • Answer questions publicly;
  • Disclose private marital information to the group; or
  • Share the content of private exercises with other participants.

12.2 Private Conversations

Guided exercises are intended to be completed privately between you and the Purchaser.

Participants ordinarily remain muted during the Main Experience unless Keeping It Lit states otherwise.

Other participants should not be able to hear your private conversations while your shared device remains muted.

12.3 Breakout Rooms

Keeping It Lit Live does not use participant breakout rooms unless expressly disclosed before the event.

12.4 Cameras

Cameras are optional.

You should keep the camera turned off if you do not wish to appear visually in an internal recording.

12.5 Consent to Internal Recording

By accepting this Agreement and attending the Purchased Experience, you consent to Keeping It Lit’s internal recording of the virtual session.

The recording may capture any:

  • Audio;
  • Video;
  • Display name;
  • Profile image;
  • Chat message;
  • Reaction;
  • Platform activity; or
  • Other content

that you voluntarily make visible or audible during the session.

The recording may be used for:

  • Quality assurance;
  • Program review;
  • Documentation;
  • Internal training;
  • Security;
  • Attendance verification;
  • Guarantee administration;
  • Dispute administration; and
  • Operational recordkeeping.

The full internal recording will not be distributed to participants or made publicly available without additional permission from identifiable individuals, except when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or safety.

If you do not wish to appear visually or audibly in the recording, you must:

  • Keep the camera turned off;
  • Remain muted; and
  • Avoid posting identifying or private information in the chat.

Display names, profile images, chat messages, and other platform information may appear in the internal recording or platform-generated records.

12.6 Participant Recording Prohibited

You may not, without prior written authorization:

  • Record;
  • Photograph;
  • Screen-capture;
  • Reproduce;
  • Livestream;
  • Transmit;
  • Upload;
  • Publish; or
  • Distribute

any portion of the Purchased Experience or its materials.

  1. ACCESS, SUSPENSION, REMOVAL, AND TERMINATION

13.1 Access Conditions

Keeping It Lit may delay, suspend, restrict, or deny your access when:

  • Your registration cannot be matched to a valid paid registration;
  • Required agreement acceptance is incomplete;
  • Required identifying information is missing or materially inconsistent;
  • You register through the wrong tier and do not complete a requested correction;
  • Access credentials have been shared;
  • Fraud, impersonation, manipulation, or misuse is reasonably suspected;
  • Participation would create a material safety or security concern;
  • Payment for the original registration has been reversed, disputed, or cancelled;
  • The Purchased Experience has been cancelled or rescheduled; or
  • You have materially violated this Agreement.

13.2 Opportunity to Correct

When reasonably appropriate, Keeping It Lit may give you an opportunity to correct incomplete or inconsistent registration information before denying access.

Keeping It Lit is not required to provide an opportunity to correct conduct involving fraud, threats, security risks, intentional misuse, or a material violation that cannot reasonably be cured.

13.3 Removal

Keeping It Lit may remove you from the Purchased Experience if you:

  • Materially violate this Agreement;
  • Disrupt the experience;
  • Threaten or harass another person;
  • Compromise privacy or security;
  • Record or distribute protected content without authorization;
  • Commit fraud or impersonation; or
  • Engage in conduct that creates a material safety concern.

13.4 Effect of Denial or Removal

A denial, suspension, restriction, or removal caused by your failure to comply with this Agreement:

  • Does not create an independent contractual right to a refund;
  • Does not create a right to continued participation; and
  • May make the Purchaser’s paid registration ineligible for the Guarantee.

Any purchaser-specific transfer, credit, cancellation, or refund rights are governed by the Purchaser Agreement and applicable law.

  1. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT AND CONFIDENTIALITY

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or demean another person;
  • Disrupt the experience;
  • Share another participant’s identity or private information;
  • Post unlawful, abusive, or promotional content;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or records;
  • Share event links or access credentials;
  • Record or distribute the experience;
  • Impersonate another person;
  • Complete an assessment for another person;
  • Submit fraudulent information;
  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or
  • Use the experience or materials to provide unauthorized services to third parties.

Keeping It Lit requires participants to respect the privacy of others but cannot guarantee that other participants will comply.

You should exercise care before sharing sensitive information through any feature visible to another participant.

  1. EDUCATIONAL AND SPIRITUAL NATURE; NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP

15.1 Educational and Spiritual Experience

Keeping It Lit Live is an educational, marriage-enrichment, and spiritual-formation experience presented from a Christian biblical worldview.

15.2 Not Professional Treatment or Advice

Keeping It Lit Live is not:

  • Marriage therapy;
  • Couples counseling;
  • Mental-health treatment;
  • Medical care;
  • Legal advice;
  • Financial advice;
  • Crisis intervention; or
  • A substitute for licensed professional services.

15.3 No Diagnosis or Treatment

The experience and assessments do not diagnose, evaluate, or treat:

  • Mental-health conditions;
  • Relationship disorders;
  • Medical conditions;
  • Domestic violence;
  • Abuse;
  • Coercive control;
  • Criminal conduct; or
  • Legal claims.

15.4 No Professional Privilege

Communications made during registration, assessments, chat, questions, email, or participation are not represented as protected by:

  • Therapist-client privilege;
  • Physician-patient privilege;
  • Attorney-client privilege;
  • Clergy-penitent privilege; or
  • Any other professional evidentiary privilege.

15.5 No Continuing Duty to Monitor or Intervene

Keeping It Lit does not continuously monitor private marital conversations and does not undertake a continuing duty to:

  • Diagnose you or the Purchaser;
  • Investigate your marriage;
  • Monitor either spouse’s safety;
  • Intervene in your marriage;
  • Report ordinary marital conflict; or
  • Provide follow-up treatment.

Keeping It Lit may take reasonable action or make a disclosure when legally required or when it reasonably believes there is an imminent threat of serious harm.

15.6 Emergency Situations

Keeping It Lit Live is not designed for emergencies, active abuse, coercive control, immediate threats, or domestic violence.

A person facing immediate danger should contact appropriate local emergency services or a qualified professional.

  1. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

16.1 Voluntary Participation

Your participation is voluntary.

You are responsible for deciding whether the experience and each private exercise are appropriate for your circumstances.

16.2 Nature of Marriage Exercises

You understand that marriage-related reflection and conversation may involve:

  • Emotional discomfort;
  • Sensitive subjects;
  • Disagreement;
  • Frustration;
  • Marital tension;
  • Disclosure of personal information between spouses; and
  • Decisions made by either spouse following the experience.

16.3 Control Over Disclosure

You control what you choose to disclose to the Purchaser.

Keeping It Lit does not supervise or control private conversations between spouses and cannot control how either spouse responds during or after the experience.

16.4 Safety Concerns

You should discontinue an exercise and seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance if you reasonably believe that continuing would create a safety risk.

Declining a material portion of the Purchased Experience may affect the Purchaser’s Guarantee eligibility because the Guarantee requires participation in the experience as designed.

16.5 Assumption of Ordinary Participation Risks

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume the ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with participating in marriage-related educational discussions and private exercises.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

17.1 Ownership

Keeping It Lit Live and its related materials are owned by or licensed to Keeping It Lit.

Protected materials may include:

  • The Keeping It Lit Signature Framework;
  • The L2M Formation System;
  • Assessments;
  • Scoring systems;
  • Exercises;
  • Videos;
  • Presentations;
  • Written materials;
  • Graphics;
  • Event recordings;
  • Worksheets;
  • Training methods;
  • Program structure; and
  • Related content.

17.2 Limited Personal License

Your authorized participant registration provides you with a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable license to use materials specifically provided to you for personal, noncommercial use within your marriage.

17.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce protected materials;
  • Sell, license, upload, publish, or distribute them;
  • Create derivative programs, frameworks, or assessments;
  • Use them to provide coaching, therapy, counseling, ministry, training, facilitation, or commercial services;
  • Remove ownership notices;
  • Reverse engineer an assessment or scoring system;
  • Represent the materials as your own; or
  • Use the materials to train an artificial-intelligence system or other automated model without written permission.

No ownership rights are transferred.

  1. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND SERVICES

Keeping It Lit may use third-party providers to deliver registration, assessment, communication, and virtual-event services.

Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Keeping It Lit does not control and is not responsible for:

  • A third-party provider’s independent acts or omissions;
  • Platform outages;
  • Platform changes;
  • Security incidents outside Keeping It Lit’s reasonable control;
  • Third-party account restrictions; or
  • Your failure to comply with a platform’s requirements.
  1. EVENT CHANGES, CANCELLATION, AND FORCE MAJEURE

19.1 Reasonable Program Changes

Keeping It Lit may make reasonable changes to:

  • Facilitators;
  • Supporting materials;
  • Technology platforms;
  • Program order;
  • Session structure;
  • Presentation methods; or
  • Delivery systems

when those changes do not materially reduce the Purchased Experience.

19.2 Force Majeure

Keeping It Lit will not be liable to you for delay, interruption, rescheduling, modification, or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Severe illness, incapacity, or emergency involving a facilitator;
  • Death or family emergency;
  • Natural disaster;
  • Fire;
  • Flood;
  • Earthquake;
  • Severe weather;
  • Power outage;
  • Internet outage;
  • Cyberattack;
  • Platform-wide technology failure;
  • Failure of a critical vendor;
  • Government order;
  • Public-health emergency;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Labor disruption;
  • War;
  • Terrorism; or
  • Other events beyond reasonable control.

19.3 Purchaser-Specific Remedies

Any contractual refund, credit, transfer, rescheduling, or cancellation rights associated with the paid registration belong to the Purchaser and are governed by the Purchaser Agreement.

You do not have an independent refund right arising from a cancellation, rescheduling, modification, or interruption.

Nothing in this section eliminates rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

  1. THIRD-PARTY RECOGNITION AND NO IMPLIED ENDORSEMENT

Keeping It Lit may accurately reference:

  • Approval for publication;
  • Prior presentations;
  • Churches;
  • Ministries;
  • Journals;
  • Conferences;
  • Platforms; or
  • Other organizations associated with prior work.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, such references do not mean that a third party:

  • Sponsors Keeping It Lit Live;
  • Endorses Keeping It Lit Live;
  • Guarantees its results;
  • Is a business partner;
  • Is affiliated with Keeping It Lit Media; or
  • Has approved the specific Purchased Experience.

References to approval for publication in The Journal of Contemporary Christian Practice or presentation at Saddleback Church South Bay describe the specific recognition or presentation stated and do not, by themselves, constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.

  1. TESTIMONIALS, PUBLICITY, AND MEDIA RELEASES

This Agreement does not grant Keeping It Lit unrestricted marketing rights to your name, image, voice, likeness, identifiable story, or testimonial.

Keeping It Lit will obtain a separate affirmative release before using identifiable content from you for public marketing, advertising, publication, or promotional purposes, except where you independently post public content that Keeping It Lit may lawfully reference or share.

Providing a testimonial, review, photograph, interview, or publicity release is voluntary and is not required for participation or Guarantee eligibility.

  1. HONEST REVIEWS AND PUBLIC STATEMENTS

Nothing in this Agreement prohibits or restricts you from providing an honest review, opinion, or assessment of Keeping It Lit’s products, services, or conduct.

You remain responsible for complying with generally applicable laws concerning:

  • Defamation;
  • Harassment;
  • Threats;
  • Intellectual-property infringement;
  • Disclosure of another person’s private information; and
  • Publication of confidential information belonging to other participants.

Keeping It Lit will not condition a contractual benefit on your providing a positive review.

  1. NO GUARANTEED MARRIAGE OUTCOME

Keeping It Lit does not promise or guarantee:

  • A particular marital outcome;
  • Permanent improvement;
  • Reconciliation;
  • Prevention of separation or divorce;
  • A particular spiritual experience;
  • Agreement between spouses;
  • Elimination of conflict; or
  • Results beyond the objective Guarantee criteria associated with the paid registration.

Outcomes may depend on:

  • Personal circumstances;
  • Individual decisions;
  • Honest participation;
  • Continued practice;
  • Prior relationship history; and
  • Factors outside the control of the Keeping It Lit Parties.
  1. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

24.1 Limited Release

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release the Keeping It Lit Parties from claims arising solely from ordinary and reasonably foreseeable emotional discomfort, disagreement, or marital tension associated with voluntary participation in educational discussions and private exercises.

This release does not apply to:

  • Fraud;
  • Gross negligence;
  • Willful misconduct;
  • Reckless misconduct; or
  • Liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

24.2 Exclusion of Certain Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Keeping It Lit Parties will not be liable to you for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Registration;
  • Participation;
  • Inability to participate;
  • Reliance on educational content;
  • Private conversations between spouses;
  • Technology interruption;
  • Use of participant materials; or
  • Actions taken by either spouse after the experience.

24.3 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total combined and aggregate liability of all Keeping It Lit Parties to the Purchaser and Participating Spouse collectively, arising from or relating to:

  • The couple’s registration;
  • The Purchased Experience;
  • The Purchaser Agreement;
  • This Agreement; or
  • Any related claim

will not exceed the amount actually paid for the couple’s original paid registration.

This is one aggregate limit shared by the Purchaser and Participating Spouse. It is not a separate limit for:

  • Each spouse;
  • Each agreement;
  • Each claim;
  • Each occurrence; or
  • Each Keeping It Lit Party.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

  1. PARTICIPATING SPOUSE INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Keeping It Lit Parties from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your:

  • Material breach of this Agreement;
  • Unlawful conduct;
  • Unauthorized recording or distribution;
  • Misuse of intellectual property;
  • Sharing of access credentials;
  • Infringement of another person’s rights;
  • Disclosure of another participant’s private information;
  • False impersonation;
  • Fraudulent assessment activity;
  • Fraudulent Guarantee-related conduct; or
  • Harmful content submitted through chat, questions, email, or event systems.

This provision does not require you to indemnify a Keeping It Lit Party for that party’s own gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.

Keeping It Lit will provide reasonable notice of an indemnified claim and may control the defense and settlement, provided that no settlement requiring a personal admission or nonmonetary obligation from you will be entered without your reasonable consent.

  1. NO RELIANCE ON ORAL OR INFORMAL STATEMENTS

You acknowledge that you are not relying on any statement, promise, or representation that is not expressly included in:

  • This Agreement;
  • The applicable participant-registration page;
  • The applicable offer page; or
  • A written communication issued by an authorized representative of Keeping It Lit.

This includes statements made through:

  • Social media;
  • Direct messages;
  • Informal conversations;
  • Event comments;
  • Presentations;
  • Emails;
  • Text messages; or
  • Statements by contractors or third parties.

No facilitator, contractor, volunteer, affiliate, or team member may modify the participation requirements, Guarantee conditions, or material terms unless the modification is issued in writing by an authorized representative of Keeping It Lit Media LLC.

  1. COORDINATED AGREEMENTS

This Agreement and the Keeping It Lit Live Purchaser Service and Participation Agreement govern different parties but relate to the same couple’s registration.

The Purchaser Agreement governs:

  • The paid transaction;
  • Payment authorization;
  • Refunds;
  • Transfers;
  • Chargebacks;
  • Purchaser-specific rights;
  • The Purchaser’s Guarantee request; and
  • The Purchaser’s participation obligations.

This Agreement governs:

  • Your complimentary participant registration;
  • Your access;
  • Your assessments;
  • Your attendance;
  • Your conduct;
  • Your participation;
  • Your privacy and recording acknowledgments; and
  • Your individual obligations.

Nothing in this Agreement gives you purchaser-specific payment, refund, chargeback, transfer, or Guarantee-request rights.

  1. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before initiating arbitration or litigation, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution.

You must send written notice containing:

  • Your full name;
  • Your individual email address;
  • The Purchaser’s name;
  • The order or registration number, when available;
  • A description of the dispute;
  • Relevant supporting information; and
  • Your requested resolution.

Notice must be sent to:

Keeping It Lit Media LLC
Doing business as Keeping It Lit Media
30 N. Gould Street, Ste N
Sheridan, Wyoming 82801
teamlit@keepingitlitmedia.com

The parties will have 30 calendar days after receipt of complete notice to attempt informal resolution.

This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or emergency relief where reasonably necessary to protect safety, intellectual property, confidential information, or legal rights that would otherwise be irreparably harmed.

  1. BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY

This section affects legal rights, including the right to have a dispute decided by a judge or jury.

29.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

Except for disputes excluded under Section 29.4, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to:

  • This Agreement;
  • Your participant registration;
  • The Purchased Experience;
  • Assessments;
  • Attendance;
  • Communications;
  • Marketing;
  • Privacy;
  • Intellectual property;
  • The Guarantee;
  • Your participation; or
  • The relationship between you and a Keeping It Lit Party

will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court.

29.2 Governing Arbitration Law

The parties agree that this arbitration provision involves interstate commerce and is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16.

29.3 Arbitration Administrator and Rules

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect when arbitration is filed, as modified by this Agreement.

If AAA is unavailable or declines administration and the parties cannot agree on another administrator, a court of competent jurisdiction may appoint an administrator or arbitrator consistent with this section.

29.4 Excluded Claims

Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if:

  • The claim qualifies for that court;
  • The claim remains individual; and
  • The matter has not been transferred, removed, or appealed to a court of broader jurisdiction.

A Keeping It Lit Party may seek temporary or permanent injunctive relief in court for:

  • Unauthorized use of intellectual property;
  • Unauthorized recording or distribution;
  • Misuse of confidential information;
  • Cybersecurity threats; or
  • Conduct causing immediate and irreparable harm.

A claim that applicable federal law permits a claimant to elect to pursue in court despite a pre-dispute arbitration provision is not required to be arbitrated to the extent of that statutory right.

29.5 Arbitration Procedure

Unless the parties agree otherwise or the arbitrator directs differently under applicable rules, arbitration may proceed through:

  • Written submissions;
  • Telephone;
  • Videoconference; or
  • Another remote method.

Any in-person hearing will occur at a location that is reasonably convenient under the applicable AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

29.6 Arbitration Costs

Fees and costs will be allocated under the applicable AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and fee schedule.

Keeping It Lit will pay amounts required to be paid by a business under those rules.

Each party will ordinarily bear its own attorney fees unless:

  • A statute authorizes fee shifting;
  • The arbitrator determines that a claim or defense was brought in bad faith; or
  • Applicable law provides otherwise.

29.7 Arbitrator’s Authority

The arbitrator may award the same individual relief that a court could award under applicable law.

The arbitrator may not:

  • Conduct a class arbitration;
  • Consolidate unrelated claims without the consent of all affected parties;
  • Preside over a representative action; or
  • Award relief for individuals who are not parties to the arbitration.

29.8 CLASS-ACTION AND REPRESENTATIVE-ACTION WAIVER

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

NO PARTICIPATING SPOUSE OR KEEPING IT LIT PARTY MAY:

  • BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION;
  • ACT AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER;
  • BRING A PRIVATE-ATTORNEY-GENERAL ACTION;
  • BRING A REPRESENTATIVE ACTION;
  • CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS WITH UNRELATED CLAIMANTS; OR
  • SEEK RELIEF ON BEHALF OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

29.9 JURY-TRIAL WAIVER

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY FOR ANY DISPUTE COVERED BY THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION.

29.10 Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to:

teamlit@keepingitlitmedia.com

The notice must be received within 30 calendar days after you first accept this Agreement.

The notice must include:

  • Your full name;
  • Your individual email address;
  • The Purchaser’s full name;
  • The Experience Date, if known;
  • The order number, if known; and
  • A clear statement that you are opting out of the arbitration provision.

Opting out of arbitration will not affect your access to the Purchased Experience or the Purchaser’s Guarantee eligibility.

Your opt-out applies only to you. You may not opt out on behalf of the Purchaser.

29.11 Severability of Arbitration Terms

If a portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will proceed in court after all arbitrable individual claims have been resolved, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The arbitrator may not conduct class arbitration without the express written agreement of all parties.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND COURT VENUE

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 29.

For disputes not subject to arbitration, the parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Sheridan County, Wyoming.

This section does not eliminate rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under laws applicable to a consumer transaction.

  1. ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS AND RECORDS

31.1 Consent to Electronic Transactions

The parties consent to conduct this transaction electronically.

31.2 Electronic Signatures

An electronic signature or affirmative electronic acceptance process may have the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by law.

31.3 Ability to Retain Agreement

You must be given an opportunity to:

  • Download;
  • Print;
  • Save; or
  • Request

a copy of this Agreement.

31.4 Record Retention

  • Agreement version;
  • Date and time of acceptance;

  • IP or device information, when available;
  • Participant-registration information;
  • Purchaser information;
  • Assessment submissions;
  • Score calculations;
  • Attendance information;
  • Recording-related records;
  • Dispute notices;
  • Arbitration opt-outs; and
  • Related communications.

Records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and compliance purposes, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

  1. PRIVACY, COMMUNICATIONS, AND NOTICES

32.1 Privacy Policy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with this Agreement and Keeping It Lit’s Privacy Policy, available at:

https://keepingitlitmedia.godaddysites.com/privacy-policy

32.2 Transactional Communications

You consent to receive transactional communications concerning:

  • Agreement acceptance;
  • Access instructions;
  • Event reminders;

  • Results;
  • Materials;
  • Attendance verification;
  • Guarantee administration; and
  • Customer support.

32.3 Accurate Contact Information

You are responsible for providing and maintaining an accurate individual email address.

32.4 Marketing Communications

Marketing communications will be governed by your preferences and applicable law.

Acceptance of this Agreement does not, by itself, require you to consent to unrelated promotional communications.

32.5 Electronic Receipt

Unless otherwise required by law, an electronic notice is considered received when it enters the designated email system in a form capable of being retrieved.

  1. GENERAL TERMS

33.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, the applicable participant-registration page, and policies expressly incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between Keeping It Lit and you concerning your registration and participation.

The Purchaser Agreement is a separate agreement between Keeping It Lit and the Purchaser.

33.2 No Rights Under Purchaser Agreement

Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, you are not a party to or third-party beneficiary of the Purchaser Agreement.

Your rights and obligations arise under this Agreement.

33.3 Order of Control

If the participant-registration page and this Agreement conflict, this Agreement controls, except that the participant-registration page controls:

  • The applicable registration tier;
  • Experience Date;
  • Event time; and
  • Expressly listed participant benefits.

33.4 Amendments

Keeping It Lit may revise this Agreement for future registrations.

A revision will not materially reduce rights associated with your existing registration unless:

  • You affirmatively accept the revision;
  • The revision is required by law; or
  • The revision corrects an error without materially changing the agreement.

33.5 Severability

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

33.6 No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

33.7 Assignment

You may not assign this Agreement without written consent.

Keeping It Lit may assign this Agreement in connection with:

  • A merger;
  • Reorganization;
  • Sale of assets;
  • Transfer of the business; or
  • Transfer to an affiliated entity,

subject to applicable law.

33.8 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

Except for the Keeping It Lit Parties expressly protected by this Agreement, no other person or entity is intended to be a third-party beneficiary.

33.9 Headings

Headings are provided for convenience and do not alter the meaning of this Agreement.

PARTICIPATING SPOUSE GUARANTEE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

ONE PAID REGISTRATION. ONE GUARANTEE. ONE POTENTIAL REFUND.

Your participation is included under the Purchaser’s paid registration.

You do not have a separate Guarantee or independent right to request or receive a refund.

Your:

  • Agreement acceptance;
  • Participant registration;
  • Assessments;
  • Attendance;
  • Participation;
  • Attendance verification; and
  • Assessment results

may be used to determine whether the Purchaser qualifies under the Keeping It Lit Live Guarantee.

Subject to all applicable requirements, the Purchaser may request a refund if neither spouse records at least a one-point increase in any Eligible Pillar Score or Eligible Overall Score.

If either spouse records a qualifying increase, the paid registration does not qualify for a refund.

To preserve the Purchaser’s eligibility, you must:

  • Accept Agreement Version KILL-PSAA-2026.1;

  • Use the same identifying information on both assessments;

Before publishing

The Privacy Policy should be revised to expressly cover Keeping It Lit Live, assessment data, marital and spiritual information, Kajabi registrations, attendance records, internal recordings, Participant Submissions, scoring records, agreement acceptance, Guarantee administration, and applicable retention periods.

The arbitration clause should also be reviewed under AAA’s current Consumer Arbitration Rules and submitted through AAA’s consumer-clause review or registration process. AAA updated its Consumer Arbitration Rules in 2025, and its registry states that a business using AAA consumer arbitration must register the clause before or when a case is filed. (American Arbitration Association)

Wyoming’s electronic-transactions framework recognizes electronic signatures and records and permits attribution based on the process used and the surrounding circumstances, supporting the need to preserve each spouse’s identity, acceptance timestamp, agreement version, and related electronic records. (Wyoming Legislature)

The arbitration provision relies on the Federal Arbitration Act’s recognition of written arbitration provisions in transactions involving commerce, subject to applicable legal defenses and statutory exceptions. (U.S. Code)

The honest-review section should remain because federal law generally protects consumers’ ability to provide honest reviews and restricts form-contract provisions that prohibit or penalize them. (Federal Trade Commission)

This agreement and the Purchaser Agreement should receive a coordinated review from Wyoming counsel before either is placed into the Kajabi acceptance workflow.
