Does one registration include both spouses?
Yes. One registration reserves the experience for both spouses. Each spouse completes the Lit Marriage Starting Point individually so each can receive personalized results.
Should we attend from the same device?
We recommend attending together from one shared device in a comfortable, private space. This allows you to pause and engage with one another during the guided moments throughout the experience.
Will we be called on or asked to share publicly?
No. You will remain muted and will not be called on or asked to share publicly. Guided conversations happen privately with your spouse.
Can other participants hear our conversations?
No. Participants remain muted, so other couples cannot hear the conversations you have with your spouse during the experience.
Will we be placed in breakout rooms?
No. There are no breakout rooms. You remain with your spouse throughout the experience.
Do cameras have to be on?
No. Cameras are optional. You may keep your camera off for the entire experience.
Will Keeping It Lit Live be recorded?
Yes. The full Zoom session will be recorded for Keeping It Lit Media’s internal control purposes only.
The recording will not be shared with participants or made publicly available. Cameras are optional, and participants remain muted during the experience. To avoid appearing in the recording, keep your camera off and do not participate in the chat.
What is the Lit Marriage Starting Point?
The Lit Marriage Starting Point is a brief pre event assessment completed individually by each spouse. It provides personalized results across the four foundational pillars of The Keeping It Lit Signature Framework and introduces the language that will guide the experience.
Who can see our assessment answers and results?
Each spouse’s answers remain individual and are not shared with the other spouse, other participants, or the public.
Authorized members of the Keeping It Lit team may access assessment responses to provide each spouse with individual results and support the delivery of the experience.
What happens during the VIP Marriage Q&A?
VIP and VIP Plus couples join 30 minutes early as Debra and Jabari respond to anonymous marriage questions submitted by VIP Plus couples.
VIP couples gain additional insight by listening to questions other couples are already asking. Every question submitted by a VIP Plus spouse receives a response during the Q&A or afterward.
How do VIP Plus questions remain anonymous?
Each spouse submits a question through a private submission process. Questions are presented during the Marriage Q&A without names or identifying details.
How does the guarantee work?
Both spouses must complete the required pre experience and post experience assessments and participate in Keeping It Lit Live as designed.
