Will we have to turn on our cameras or share anything about our marriage?
Not at all. Your cameras can remain off, and you won't be called on or asked to share publicly. There are no breakout rooms, and participants remain muted throughout the experience. You'll be able to see and hear Debra and Jabari while enjoying the guided moments privately with your spouse.
We're already busy. How will we find time to practice what we learn?
You don't have to rearrange your schedule to be more intentional about your marriage. Keeping It Lit Live helps you discover opportunities for connection in the moments you and your spouse already have, through intentional rhythms that fit seamlessly into everyday married life.
Does one registration include both spouses?
Yes! One registration includes you and your spouse. We recommend attending together from one shared device in a comfortable, private space. Before the event, each spouse completes their own Marriage Connection Health assessment using a separate email address to receive individual, private results.
What's the difference between the registration options?
Every registration includes the 90-minute Keeping It Lit Live experience for you and your spouse.
VIP: Includes access to the private 30-minute VIP Marriage Q&A before the main experience, where Debra and Jabari respond to anonymously submitted marriage questions from VIP Plus attendees.
VIP Plus: Includes the private VIP Marriage Q&A and the opportunity to submit your own anonymous marriage question. Every submitted question receives a response during the Q&A or afterward.
Are our Marriage Connection Health assessment results private?
Yes. Each spouse completes the assessment individually and receives their results privately by email.
We do not share your answers or results with your spouse, other participants, or the public.
Authorized Keeping It Lit team members may access responses solely to deliver your individual results and support the experience.
What if we can't attend live? Will there be a replay?
